[Policy] Policy meeting time and place

Thanks for attending the meeting yesterday, I look forward to working with
everyone.

I wanted to follow up with a couple of sources that may assist us as we
start working on policy statements and background.  First, here is a link
to the web site of the League of American Bicyclists
http://www.bikeleague.org/content/5-es.  Second, I am attaching a set of
messages on cycling safety from the International Transport Forum, an OECD
group. I'm also attaching a photo catalog of different types of AT
infrastructure from the City of Winnipeg, just to clarify our terminology
here. And here is a source on the idea of Sustainable Safety that Mark

There's lots more stuff from all over. If anyone is looking for more
