Sorry it took me so long to get back to you with these docs.  I have been swamped with report cards and other administrative work this week.  Please find attached the Vision Zero documents (New York City seems to have one of the more detailed plans), the Leap Manifest and the City of Winnipeg Active Transportation Study.

I believe we agreed to look at the Vision Zero document first.  It seems to have some really good information about best practices when it comes to road safety.
