[BW_Finance] Finance Committee meetings

Good day all,

Due to lack of participation in the previous meetings I will have Finance committee meetings every quarter going forward . They will align with the review of the quarterly statements.

Our next meeting will take place in July. I will send draft quarterly reports a week prior.

Monthly financial snapshots will continue to be provided prior to each board meeting.
