Few key items:
- Including Mark, we are planning to have 3 total staff for 2023,
New: Social Enterprise manager & Local Bike Groups Coordinator
- Treasurer transition is going well, mostly all 2023 transactions entered
and Jan to Apr numbers will be shared at the May board meeting
- Bike Valet quotes going out
- Grant update:

   - Building Sustainable Communities (should get funds in 2nd week of May)
   - Awarded Canada Summer jobs grant which should fund the LBG coordinator.
   - Few potential grants: Manitoba Heritage, ACU, Provincial Gov climate
   fund

- Seeing initial cashflow benefits from CIVICRM -> more contributions!
- Motherload ticket sales ongoing -> UofW will buy 60 tickets
