[BW_Finance] Agenda Suggestions

Hi again Finance committee,

I wanted to reach out with a request for the meeting tomorrow. As part of
our MAC committee initiatives we are reaching out to the committees to
understand what key performance indicators (KPIs) they would be interested
in tracking, so that we can monitor, set goals, and report back to the
board (or our membership). These can be financial or non-financial.  We are
thinking approximately 3 KPIs per committees - these KPIs should align back
to our Bike Winnipeg strategic priorities or organizational goals. The

Misty, from a treasurer perspective if there are any other KPIs that you
think we should be tracking in addition to what the finance committee has
identified, please share those as well.
