[Finance] Sample audit committee letter

Here (I found it, finally!) is the draft letter that will be eventually 
become the first page of the financial statements.

I deliberately left out any references to generally accepted auditing 
standards because the audit committee isn't well-versed in them (I'm not 
versed in them, I'm not an auditor)
