[Finance] Agenda for Feb 10 Meeting

Thanks Neiva,

One suggestion for tonight's agenda is the addition of Directors & Officers
insurance in our budget. I've uploaded a quote

we got in July of last year (it was circulated at that time as well). The
quote has expired, but should give us a good sense of what Directors and
Officers Insurance would cost for us in 2021.
