[Finance] Wednesday's Meeting Agenda

One more thing: our bylaws state that: "*The decision as to whether to
audit the books and financial records of the Organization shall remain at
the discretion of the Bike Winnipeg Board of directors (hereinafter
referred to as “the board”) and shall be reviewed annually and within
ninety days of the fiscal year end.*"

So it would be super if the Finance Committee can make this recommendation
to the Board prior to the March board meeting (so it can be deferred for
this month if we run out of time, want to research costs/requirements,
etc.).
