Yes thank you Bill. I think a motion to finalize a new set of signing authorities should be looked at. We might also want to think of putting a time limit on the signing authorities in our motion or a date when we will need to revote on the names (1 year periods).

We obviously need to change the signing authorities.  This should be a simple matter of substituting Kaye for Tom.  ACU needs no more than a memo to that effect signed by two of the existing authorized signors.  Perhaps we need a motion to this effect.

o    Login address is bikewinnipeg.ca.  This has been changed from biketothefuture.org.  The password is the same.
o    Me, Mark and Kevin have (had) access to this account as far as I know.

We should probably change the password and decide who should share it.
