[Finance] Bank account control

[Bill]

This is the status for how our bank accounts are controlled.

  * ACU
      o Account name is Bike Winnipeg Inc.  All cheques must be made out to that name.
      o Bicycle Valet Winnipeg is an alternate trading name for deposits
      o Mailing address is my house (1176 Grosvenor).  Bank statements and other communication come to my house.
      o cheques require two signatures.
      o Signing authorities:  Bill Newman, Mark Cohoe, Jeremy Hull, Tom McMahon.

    We obviously need to change the signing authorities.  This should be a simple matter of substituting Kaye for Tom.  ACU needs no more than a memo to that effect signed by two of the existing authorized signors.  Perhaps we need a motion to this effect.

  * PayPal
      o Account name is Bike Winnipeg Inc
      o Login address is bikewinnipeg.ca.  This has been changed from biketothefuture.org.  The password is the same.
      o Me, Mark and Kevin have (had) access to this account as far as I know.

    We should probably change the password and decide who should share it.
