This is the status for how our bank accounts are controlled.<br>

deposits</li>
<li>Mailing address is my house (1176 Grosvenor). Bank
statements and other communication come to my house.</li>
<li>cheques require two signatures.</li>
<li>Signing authorities: Bill Newman, Mark Cohoe, Jeremy Hull,
Tom McMahon. <br>

should be a simple matter of substituting Kaye for Tom. ACU
needs no more than a memo to that effect signed by two of the
existing authorized signors. Perhaps we need a motion to this
