<div dir="ltr">I'm attaching a draft policy development process.  I will also post it to the drop box.  I'm also attaching a document I came across outlining the development of policy and procedures manuals in small organizations.  I didn't use it much, except that I picked up their suggestion of a policy planning day as an option.<br>
