[Policy] Bike Winnipeg Policy Committee Meeting

Hi,

Thursday, February 28th was the date that worked best for us, so I've set
that as the date for our next Policy Committee meeting.

Thursday, February 28th 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

As an introduction, we have a University of Manitoba student, Gabriel
Munoz, who has chosen to work with us as part of a class project.

Some of the policy ideas we would like to consider are:

   - Snow Clearing Policies
   - Vision Zero and Traffic Calming
   - Improved accommodation of people on foot or bike in construction zones
   - Inclusion of Walking/Cycling Facilities in Developer Agreements
   - Pedestrian and Bicycle Traffic Monitoring Program
