[Policy] Fw: Event Invitation: Winter Cycling Network Workshop & Presentation

Hey folks!

I stayed until the end. We had a good discussion.  Anders is going to
develop on online map for feedback from folks that ride during the winter
and he will share the information with Mark and I.  Mark and I will set up
a follow up session to help us come up with some suggestions for ATAC.
