[Policy] Reminder re Policy Meeting Sat April9

Hi all, 

Other than Dustin who has sent his regrets, I hope that others are still available to attend our Policy Meeting on Sat April 9 at 2:00, 129 Grove Street.  

Just a reminder that we each committed to review the following documents: Vision Zero, Leap Manifesto, and City of Winnipeg Pedestrian and Cycling Strategy documents (note that the links to these were sent out to us by Ian on March 13, plus the subsequently sent out Dutch Sustainable Safety document sent by Ian on March 14) and consider how these might impact/suggest modifications to the draft "Traffic Control 
Measures" policy.
