Hi Gord and Bill,



I just chatted with Ian and, since he hasn't been able yet to get a draft of the bike helmet position statement emailed out to us for review (and alson considering the miserable road conditions right now), we thought it made sense to postpone our meeting for another week.  So, the BW Policy Committee meeting is now rescheduled until Thursday Jan. 5th at 1:00 p.m. at 129 Grove Street.



Gord and Bill, can you confirm by return email if this date and time work for you?  Now that Ian is on school holidays, he hopes to finish the draft and get it out to the committee by early next week so we can review it prior to our meeting.

Hi Gord, and reminders to Bill and Ian



(I have had company since just after our Dec. 1st meeting, and we actually celebrated our "Christmas" last week.  Now it's time for me to get back to my volunteer work!



Gord, my apologies - I neglected to contact you after our Dec. 1st meeting at which we agreed to meet again on Tuesday Dec. 27th during the afternoon.  Are you available then?



On the 1st, the three of us (Bill, Ian and myself) looked at a preliminary partial draft of Ian's bike helmet statement, discussed my progress on the diamond lane statement and briefly reviewed Bill's wayfinding document and potential list of other policy documents that he had sent out that day.  Giving each other feedback, we pledged to keep on working on these drafts, and share them electronically prior to our next gathering on the 27th, planned for my place (129 Grove St) at 2 p.m.  However, I would now like to request that we push that back to 2:30 - is that doable for all?



Our priority goal is getting at least the bike helmet statement ready for the board meeting in early January.
