Hi,
Great work on the policy front everyone.
A couple of suggestions on the traffic calming/speed limit policy.
1. Refer to traffic calmed streets as neighbourhood greenways sometimes
called bike boulevards)
2. In line with principles of Vision Zero, neighbourhood greenweys
should also be designed/retrofitted to a design speed of 30km/hr
