[Policy] BW Policy Committee - Next Meeting and Meeting Schedule

Good evening everyone,

I'd like to set a date for the next policy committee meeting, and establish a regular schedule. I prefer weeknights, but also could be available Saturday mornings after 09:30. I would prefer not to meet on Sunday morning. 
We can meet at a central location, like the Second Cup on Corydon, or we can meet at my house in Lindenwoods.
