[Policy] Policy meeting time and place

Five of us have responded to the Doodle and there are 3 times when all 5
can meet. I'm going to suggest we meet on *Wednesday, Feb 5 at 7:30* for
about an hour. The agenda would be to decide on a chair, decide on a plan
of action for the coming year, and identify any budgetary needs we would
anticipate.

We have often had committee meetings at the *Second Cup on Corydon Ave* -
would this be a good location?

I previously sent a couple of documents - a list of our policy positions
put together last spring, and a proposed format, that we could use as a
starting point.  Let me know if you didn't get them or need me to send them
again.
