[Policy] Policy Committee Meeting?

I think we should try to have an initial meeting of the Policy Committee
prior to the first General meeting on Feb. 11. As you know that will be an
opportunity for Bike Winnipeg members to participate in the external
committees, including the Policy Committee. It would be good for us to be
able to tell any members who attend what our objectives are for this year,
and have a general idea of what we plan to do and how volunteers can help
us do it. It would also be good for us to have a chair in place by that
time.

I would suggest keeping the meeting to an hour or less, and not trying to
get into the substance of the policies at this point.

I will send out a doodle to see if we can arrange a time for the meeting -
location to be determined.
