[Policy] BW Policy Committee - Next Meeting and Meeting Schedule

I am okay for this Thursday if that turns out to best.  In general I would
be available on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.  I like the idea of
a regular monthly meeting time if we can do it so that I can hold the day
in case other things come up.

When does your summer ultimate season start Amy?
