[Finance] Preliminary financial statements

Hi all,

I'm putting together the formal financial statement for insertion into the annual report.  Attached is the letter from the audit committee that we used last year.

Corey, do you have any objections to modifying it and using it this year?  Feel free to change as you see fit.

Hi Misty,

I started reviewing the financial statements - I also ran some balance sheet and profit and loss reports from Quickbooks to get a closer look (thanks for giving me access).

I have attached my "review workbook" which has identified areas where I have an inquiry (similar in nature to a review engagement). If you would prefer to have a call this week to chat live, I'd be more than happy to do that as well (would probably take less time).

I haven't prepared the copy that will go in the annual report with notes - I'll do that after the review.

It looks like we had a great year and made a lot of money - that is technically true.  The net income is offset by the increase in fixed assets (we spent nearly $25,000 on Bike Valet equipment and the two e-bikes).

As far as I know, all outstanding grant money has been received, so I cleared all the accounts out.  In January, we are starting from scratch.

If there are questions, please ask.
