[Finance] Draft Agenda for Wednesday's Meeting

Thanks sMisty!

I did a bit of research on the Public Service Bodies GST Rebate that I can
report on. Basically, if we can show that 40% of our income comes from
government sources (it can be indirect such as the Colleges INstitute), we
are eligible to get 50% of the GST we spend back. We need to do fill out a
few fors to do this, but it's not too, too complicated.
