[Finance] Bike Parking Invoices are Paid!

Hi Everyone,

A happy piece of information before we all head out for the weekend. I
picked up a City of Winnipeg cheque for our outstanding bike rack invoices
this afternoon!

I should be able to get it into our ACU account early next week and Misty
and I can get a cheque out to RackWorks.

Thanks to Misty for the polite but persuasive intervention to get thi
through the city's bureaucracy. I will definitely sleep better tonight!
