[Finance] Finance meeting

It looks like it is Bill, Kaye, and Mark on Monday evening for this meeting.

I have attached a list of topics for consideration.  This is way more than we can discuss in one meeting.  Perhaps we'll be able to focus on one or two.  More likely we get a better idea of what we are going to have to do to move forward.

I have also attached a list of the account names that we are using in the books.  These were derived primarily to deal with various income and expense transactions as they arrived.  It also reflects the top down structure of what BWin actually does--insofar as that has ever been clearly stated (it hasn't).  Reorganizing this list will be an ongoing exercise.

I'll also have some financial reports for review.
