[Finance] Financial Statements before AGM

Good idea. Next week would be good, especially since the AGM is only 10
days away.
The reports on the website are substantially correct. But I have
put updated versions at:

These are different in that $125 for AGM catering has been changed from
an Acct/Pay to Donation income (thanks Bev). I have also removed the
$20,000 Bike to work day grant from Income and Expense since it was only
a flow through. I'm not sure if this is appropriate. It was money that
we neither earned nor spent. But it would show up in an audit if one
were done. Perhaps a footnote?
Our 10% admin fee ($2,000) for Bike to work day is still there.
Other points to discuss are the level of detail that should be
reported and better labels for various items. There is also the overall
$11,000 loss for the year which is largely staff expenses exceeding
income. But there are several special items like the new logo, and a
$900 write down on old T-shirt inventory and $870 for the Bike Valet
founder.
My time is pretty much free next week except for Monday evening.
