[Finance] e-Transfer for ACU account

I am already a member of ACU and have online banking for my accounts.  I
agree that it would be helpful to be able to do online transfers and have
added my scanned signature to the letter, attached.

It looks like you backdated the letter to April 1, but why wouldn't we just
use the current date?
