Bill please see my email I just sent to the board. I am in Philly for the next 5 months coming back to Winnipeg less than 1 day a month.. I wont be able to make this meeting.

I hope we can get together for a meeting sometime this week.  I have updated the Doodle<http://doodle.com/pszw3sytq9r7bmib>.  I have really only put in dates when I am available and times that are tentative.  Tuesday is probably a little early.  I know Kaye would prefer Friday or the weekend which would work okay.

Kaye has also offered her office at 820 Garwood.

We have a lot of things to talk about and I expect we will only get started.  Our first challenge will be to develop action plans to address the various items in the Terms of Reference.  I will put together some notes for discussion.
